The Court for Relief of Insolvent Debtors - The Matters of the Petitions and Schedules of the prisoners hereinafter named: At the adjounred General Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be holden at the Guildhall, Cardiff, in and for the County of Glamorgan on the 29th day of October 1831:
Thomas Prosser, formerly of Swansea, Glamorganshire, since of London in Middlesex, since of Portsmouth, Hants, then of Jamaica, in the West Indies, afterwards of Bristol, Somersetshire, then of Lougher, Glamorganshire, since of Neath Glamorganshire, afterwards of Nantyglo, Monmouthshire, and late of Merthyr-Tidvil, Glamorganshire, Surgeon in the Royal Navy.
